3 Day Trial 

Our 3 Day Trial is a great test drive of our meal plan, products and coaching. 
Below is our simple meal plan for your first 3 days. It is extremely important to follow it exactly.

If you decide to continue the program after your 3 day trial...you will get full access to the entire site and a 1 on 1 Health Coach to guide you in reaching your ultimate goal. 

TIPS: 
Drink 1 Gallon of water per day
Eat every 3-4 hours
Mrs. Dash no salt seasoning for flavor only


STEP 1: Join Telegram - This is a free app and all communication will be done in this app.
Send a picture of you on your scale the morning of day 1 and day 4 after the trial. 
If you lose at least 1 pound during your first 3 days you will receive $10 off a full program!


STEP 2: GROCERY LIST
Chicken or Turkey Breast
Apples
Raw Almonds
Medium Wheat or Corn tortilla Wraps
Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurts
Avocados
Egg whites
​Green Veggies 


STEP 3: 3 DAY CHALLENGE MEAL PLAN  
Make sure you eat your 1st meal within 1 hour of waking up.

Meal #1
Shake - Mix with 8oz of water and ice + 1 Total Control Tablet


Meal #2
Tortilla with fist size chicken (deli, baked, grilled)
Chicken: Men 6oz / Woman 4oz
1/2 avocado / Green Veggies optional


Meal #3
Shake - Mix with 8oz of water and ice + 1 Total Control Tablet


Meal #4
Yogurt + 12 Almonds + 1 Medium Apple


Meal #5
Protein: Chicken or Salmon 4-6 oz
​Carb: 1/2 cup or brown rice or sweet potato

Greens: 1 cup of green vegetables (raw or steamed)

Meal #6 (Optional) If you are awake past 3 hrs from eating dinner - Eat 1/2 cup egg whites & Green Veggies
