Challenge Details

Encouragement, Support, Motivation & best of all...RESULTS! LETS GO!

This challenge is going to be EPIC! Everyone in the world needs love & support right now! We want to encourage you and the people you know that there are positive changes happening in the world right now and you are staying active. Just by joining this challenge you are going to give someone else hope that they can create joy and live a healthy active lifestyle with support during this time! You will inspire people around you to join the next 21 day challenge with you!

Make sure your coach has added you to the BTC Telegram chat!

Step 2: Pictures

We know these are sometimes tough, however you need to do them to prove to yourself and your coach that your plan IS WORKING!!
​​1. Make sure you have good lighting

2. Ask For Help - If you don’t have help, find a surface where you can set up your phone that will be even with your belly button so we have a full body shot, meaning HEAD to your TOES! Do not turn in a photo where it is cutting off your head or at your knees!
​(Use your timer or shoot a short video and then simply do a screen shot)

3. Make sure you have the secret word on the paper “shown in the photo”, (tape to the wall behind you) this way we know it is a current pic. (We will not accept these pics without the secret word for this challenge)

4. Take 3 Photos

5. You will take the exact same photos at the end of the challenge (wear the same clothes) Woman-Wear a sports bra, short shorts or a bathing suit. Men wear shorts that show your quads, or roll up shorts so ½ of quad can be seen.

Black/ Dark leggings or full length leggings will not be submitted into the finals!

Important- Doing different poses and not posing exactly the same in both photos can disqualify you at the end. Make sure to ask coach if each photo looks good before the challenge kicks off.


6. Please send your photos to your personal coach. 

Step 3: Make a "Public" Commitment

I Accepted the Challenge! (Post on FB and/or IG)

To kick off the BTC, and to kick up YOUR commitment to yourself and your coach, we want to encourage you to participate in the fun “I accepted the Challenge” post.

You take a pic of yourself with your shake, or products and post it to your social media page (NOT STORY) your personal page. TAG YOUR COACH, TAKE A SCREENSHOT,  SHARE THIS SCREENSHOT IN THE BTC CHAT. 

We love seeing you put yourself out there and really taking this serious and committing to your decision to join us!
