MEAL PLAN GUIDE

Congratulations on starting your health and fitness journey with us! This guide will walk you through the step by step instructions on how to design your meal plan based on your goals. 

Here is why our meal plans are so effective and has helped millions of people hit their goals: 
  1. Balanced Macronutrients (Protein, Carbs, Fats) 
  2. High Micronutrients (Vitamins & Minerals) 
  3. The correct calories based on your body and goals
  4. Easy to follow and cost effective

Our meal plans use a simple 2-2-1 Formula
2 Shakes, 2 snacks, 1 Whole Food Meal (Optional - 1 additional snack)
Some of our higher calorie meal plans will be: 2 shakes, 2 meals & 1 Snack

OUR MEAL PLANS ARE DESIGNED TO GIVE YOUR BODY EVERYTHING IT NEEDS
Our bodies perform the best when you have the correct balance of:  Macronutrients, Micronutrients and Calories. 
The best thing is we figured it all out for you!

Macronutrient: Each meal and snack should have a split close to 40C/30P/30F

Protein: Builds Muscle and strengthens hair, skin and nails. Boosts Immune system. Helps you feel full longer

Carbohydrates: Provides energy, protects against disease, helps build muscle, hormone regulation and helps control weight.

Fats: Help our bodies absorb vitamins, build cell membranes, and insulate the nervous system

Micronutrients: are one of the major groups of nutrients your body needs. They include vitamins and minerals. Vitamins are necessary for energy production, immune function, blood clotting and other functions. Meanwhile, minerals play an important role in growth, bone health, fluid balance and several other processes.
This is what the Herbalife Shakes and Vitamins provide that whole foods do not.
