How to make shakes

How to make a shake! 
Option 1: 

2 Scoops of Formula 1 +
8oz of Soy Milk
or 8oz of Skim Milk
or 8oz of Nut Milk (with 10g protein) *Not just regular nut milk

Option 2: 
2 Scoops of Formula 1 + 2 Scoops of Protein Drink Mix (PDM)

How to make your TEA & ALOE! 
1/2 tsp (OR more) the more tea the more energy you’ll have
1tbsp aloe 
8oz water HOT OR COLD 
Tea & aloe count towards water intake - your shake does NOT! 
Recommended: 2 - 3 servings of Tea & Aloe per day. 

HOW to make a tea BOMB!
1 lift off 
1/2 tsp tea 
1tbsp aloe 
16-24oz cup 
Add all of this into about 2oz of Luke warm water (just not cold water!!) at the bottom of a cup you’re going to use. Let it the lift off dissolve & stir THEN fill it up with ice to the top then add water ENJOY!!! So delish! Loads of energy !


HOW to make your Prolessa Duo Fat Burner!

There are 3 ways to use your Prolessa Duo!

1- Blend Shake all the way, then add a scoop of prolessa and blend a additional 8-10 seconds

2- Make it a SHOT!  
Take 4-5 oz of room temp water, add a pinch of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of caramel jello pudding, 1 scoop of prolessa, shake well & enjoy

3. Blend Shake all the way, then sprinkle it on top of shake and eat it with a spoon! enjoy!
