Crockpot Recipes

Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos

2 lbs Chicken breasts, skinless boneless fresh or frozen
1/3 cup Cilantro, fresh
2 Limes, juice from
1 -16 oz jar Salsa
1 packet Taco seasoning mix
Black Beans
Tortillas
Sour Cream
Tomatos- Garnish

Add Chicken, Juices from 1 lime, 1 whole jar of 16 oz Salsa, 1 Packet of taco seasoning into crockpot.
Cook on low-med heat for 3-4 hrs. 
Add Black Beans to Mixture  20 mins prior to serving. 

Recipe yields 4 servings

Healthy Chicken Carnitas Bowl

​2 lbs Chicken breasts, skinless boneless fresh or frozen

1/3 cup Cilantro, fresh
2 Limes, juice from
1 -16 oz jar Salsa
1 packet Taco seasoning mix
Black Beans
Rice
Tomato

Lettuce
Corn optional

Cook Chicken In Crockpot adding all of the first 5 ingredients listed above.
Cook 3-4 hrs on Medium
Once done shred Chicken and them add back to crockpot for 20 mins and stir.

Servings 4

Add 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup beans, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup tomato and 4 -6 oz of Chicken mixture into a bowl.
Top with lettuce, and lime. Enjoy
