Herbalife Opportunity Meeting (HOM) - These presentations are designed to share the business opportunity to your prospects, clients & Preferred Members.
PRO TIP: Your goal is to do as many presentation as possible per week to build a team. Do not pre-judge anyone. Show this to everyone that you can. 80% of people are overweight and unhealthy...just as many people are looking for extra income or don't like their job or situation.
Duration of event - 6-8 Hours
January Kick Off - This is our first quarterly event of the year. This event is typically a 2 day event and held in different regions so you may have to travel.
Leadership Development Weekend - These events are 2 times per year. This event is typically a 2 day event and held in different regions so you may have to travel. These are held in April and October.
Extravaganza - This is the "Super Bowl" or our events. This is done by country and is held 1 time per year. This event is July and for 2019 it will be in New Orleans.

- OPTION 1: Group Format Presentation - These are held either in someone's home, nutrition club or conference center.You can download the Herbalife HOM Presentation below. Duration of event - 1 Hour
- OPTION 2: Video HOM: The link is youtu.be/hKRSNxc_4zk. Share with prospects, clients and preferred members to see if they have an interest in building a business.
- OPTION 3: 1 on 1 HOM Presentation - This is a great tool to have with you at all times to show the business opportunity.

- PRO TIP: We recommend printing this out at your local printing company in color and put in 3 ring binder. This will allow you to do a presentation at anytime. Being prepared at all times is key to success!

Nutrition Clubs
Nutrition clubs are designed for multiple purposes.

- Typically located in a retail center and designed for you to meet clients and sample products and complete wellness profiles. (Your office)
- Marketing tool for you to send people into, to try the products before you complete a wellness profile with them. (Try it, Like it, Buy it)
- Retention tool. These facilities are open 5-7 days a week for your clients to come in and get a shake, weigh in and be apart of the nutrition club community.
- When you work shift in the club you get the opportunity of walk in clients while you are working that shift as well as my retail cash from memberships collected during your shit.

Steps to booking a DROP OFF - Business In-Service
1. Map out an area in google maps within the same general area. Businesses closer together or in the same building are best.
2. Make a list of the businesses and office phone numbers to call back for appt bookings.
3. Schedule time early in the week in the morning to make calls. Monday and Tuesday mornings between 7am-9am are best for calling in my experience.
Script for call
Hi, this is "name" from "club name" we are a local healthy fast food restaurant.
I have a quick question for you, have you ever had anyone bring in treats or samples before?
Wait for answer, "yes/no"
(doesn't matter the answer, continue with script, elaborate if necessary ir repeat the script)
Awesome! I have a healthy smoothie shop just down the street from you. I would love to stop by to bring in some samples, it takes about 5 -10 min max.
If I came by "specific day&time-depends on coach schedule" how many people about would be in the office?
(I record this as a calendar appt title)
Ex: Lowe's (10) Lisa (Biz name, # of people in office, name of the person I talked to on the phone)
Hang up and call the next. Simple
In service flow:
Blend shakes at Nutrition club and split 1 full shake into 6 samples. Use 4-6oz sample cups that have lids.
When you arrive, ask by name for the person I spoke to on the phone call, ask where you can set up for the sampling. (breakroom, coffee bar, w/e they want)
Do your best to announce that you have samples and greet other employees.
Items to bring:
- Small cooler with shake samples
- Paper towels for messes
- A small flip book w/ transformation pics
- Product Catalogs w/my biz info or business card attached
- 24 Health Hub Flyer
- Club Invites
Script: Hi my name is ______ with (Nutrition Club Name). We serve healthy fast food, such as meal replacement smoothies, ACAI bowls and Energy Teas. We are also health and nutrition coaches and we coach people on how to get and stay healthy. Here is our health hub flyer that goes over everything we offer; nutrition plans, workouts, recipes, grocery lists and a 1 on 1 coach to work with you. (Leave Flyer)
Common Question - How much does that cost?
Answer - Our coaching is a 1 time fee of $35 which gets you access to the website and also get's you a instant 20% off all the supplements we recommend. There is no other charges and your personal coach (Me) is included in the service!

You can book 5-10 of these per day and leave about 30 min in between appts to drive back and forth to the club to blend a shake.

You will want to decide exactly what that 1 or 2 things are that you love.
Secondly, Consistency is going to be KEY here. You will set the date and continue with this at a minimum of 12 weeks. People love having a structure and this is where trust and building relationships come in.
