Protein Oatmeal

1/3 Cup of Oats - Cook as desired
Add 2 Scoops of Any Flavor Formula 1
Top with 1/4 cup of Blue or Strawberries. Enjoy!

Apple Jumble

6 Egg whites - hard boiled the night before, yolks discarded
1 Apple
1 cup Strawberries
1 1/2 tbsps Raw ginger (or to taste)
2 tbsps Raw almonds
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Protein 26g
Total Fat 11g
Carbohydrates 37g

​Process all together in food processor or blender until chunky cereal size.



Apple Pie Spiced Oats

2 cups Water
1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
2 tsp Pumpkin Spice - Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Scoops of Formula 1 Vanilla or Pumpkin Spice 
1 Scoop Apple Fiber (Herbalife)
8 Pecans - Halves (or Walnuts)
1 tsps extra virgin olive oil

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Stir in steel-cut oats and pumpkin pie spice. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in the protein powder, then stir in the remaining ingredients.
  5. Top  with 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.

Fruity Protein Muffins

1.5 cup Oats
1 Banana
1 Egg
1.5 cups Egg Beaters (whites)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Blueberries
8 Scoops of Vanilla Formula 1

  1. Prepare Oats according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, grease muffin tin w spray coconut oil and preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Mash the banana until smooth, stir in egg and Egg Beaters whites, cinnamon, Formula 1, and cooked oats with remaining olive oil. Mix until combined.
  4. Divide the berries evenly into the bottom of each of 15- 20 muffin cups.
  5. Top with the egg and banana mixture until 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
 *Option to leave out berries and add 2 scoops of Apple Fiber for a Apple Pie Muffin

Makes 15-20 Muffins

Thick Berry Cakes

4 Egg Whites
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 tbsps Oat Flour
3 Scoops of Formula 1 (Any Flavor)
1/4 cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
1 1/2 tsps Olive Oil cooking spray
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Blackberries

Whip egg whites with vanilla until thick and frothy. Whip in flour and Protein. Gently fold in 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese, blueberries and olive oil. Spray a griddle with olive oil spray. Cook over medium-high heat until golden brown. Do not under cook. Makes 4 pancakes. Mash the blackberries for “syrup”.

Makes 4 Thick Cakes- 1 Serving

Jalapeno Omelet w Cheese

Cooking Spray
1/2 cup Egg Beaters - Whites
1/2 tsp  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic - Minced
1 cup Tomatoes - Chopped
2 tbsps Jalapeno Peppers - Canned
1 slice Low-Fat Pepper Jack Cheese
On the Side

1 cup Strawberries - Sliced
1/2 cup Blueberries

  1. In a bowl, mix egg beaters and olive oil.
  2. Add garlic, tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers.
  3. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and add egg mix.
  4. Wiggle pan to even out the temperature so it cooks evenly.
  5. When almost set, add cheese.
  6. Serve with berries.

Spiced Yogurt w Cottage Cheese blend

1/2 cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup 0% - Fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon - To Taste
1/4 tsp Nutmeg - To Taste
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 1/2 tbsps Slivered Almonds
1 Apple - Medium, Cut in Cubes
Optional to add 1-2 Scoops of the Herbalife Beverage Mix for flavor and extra protein.

  1. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, olive oil, cinnamon and nutmeg well in mixing bowl.
  2. Gently stir in blueberries, almonds and apple.

Italian Omelet

Picture
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Onions - diced
1/4 cup Green bell peppers - diced
1/4 cup Garbanzo beans canned - rinsed/drained, slightly mashed
1/2 cup Egg Beaters - whites
1/2 cup Salsa
Oregano- To taste
Basil - To taste
Salt and pepper- To taste
1 oz slice Low-fat Provolone cheese, reduced fat
1/3 cup Berries 

  1. Heat olive oil in pan.
  2. Add onions and peppers and cook until softened.
  3. Add garbanzo beans and cook until heated through.
  4. Beat Egg Beaters until slightly foamy with spices and pour over vegetables, covering bottom of pan.
  5. Add provolone, cover, and cook on low medium until egg whites are done and cheese is melted.
  6. Fold onto a plate and top with salsa.
  7. Enjoy with Berries.
